Blessed To Be a Light
TODAY'S BLESSING: GENESIS 49:21
It's hard loving a hard heart, and yet we are inclined to try.
Some of us have poured out so much good into blackholes that it is hard to see the light of day. But like Jesus, the light is in us and it was created to confront darkness.
Yes, it is hard loving a hard heart.
Naphtali is a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words.

Naphtali represents our God compelling us to shine light in dark places, like our Savior.
“Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, the Way of the Sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles— the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.”
~Matthew 4:15-16 New International Version
A light has dawned.
This is part of your "greater works".
Light is never disbursed to the point of its source being left in the dark. Jesus was light no matter where He was. So are you.
Your light has dawned. Light that thing shine.
Father, thank you for trusting us with your light. Now, Lord, give us the fortitude to shine regardless. Give us the power to see our light for what it is - the "Jesus" in my life. Don't let what I see make me hesitate to reveal a little Jesus. It is not my job to soften the hardened heart. My job is to keep your light shining. You will do the rest. In Jesus' name. Amen.
